Students Liliana Bello, Aliasger Ezzi, Jessica Russo, and Evan Wilson won third place at the AIChE National Jeopardy competition in Minnesota in October 2017. This is the highest place a team from the University of Florida has achieved to date.
AIChE hosts a national jeopardy game which uses questions from the chemical engineering curriculum as well as other categories such as sports and current events. The team advanced to the national competition after winning first place at the regional event in April.
