Gary Allen
 Gary
Allen has over 30 years of experience in the business-to-business, chemicals and
plastics industries with Union Carbide, ARCO Chemical, Lyondell Chemical and
Bayer, developing and commercializing new processes and products. Most recently
he was Vice President of Business Development for Bayer Polymers LLC. Gary has
led new product development in fields ranging from pharmaceutical delivery
systems to construction materials to athletic footwear. He has led new product
introductions in Asia and Europe, as well as in the US. In 2004 he started his
own company, Material Innovations LLC, to focus on new product and new business
development. Gary received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University
and his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
