  • Biofuels Information Network
    An integral component of the Biofuels System Division (U.S. Department of Energy) outreach activities.   • Energy Information Administration
    Concurrent with release of the fourth quarter 1994 Short-Term Energy Outlook, the Energy Information Administration (EIA) released a new information tool, known as the Short-Term Energy Model , in order to make key energy forecast information available on a timely, expanded, and interactive basis so that clients may maximize the usefulness of EIA's periodic market analysis and forecasts. It is based directly on the short-term forecasting model that EIA has developed and run for over a decade, a model which is updated every quarter from EIA's internal database operations.

  • Gas Processors Association (GPA)
    GPA is an international, incorporated, non-profit trade association made up of about 150 corporate members, all of whom engage in the processing of natural gas into a merchantable pipeline gas, volume movemant, or further processing of liquid products from natural gas. In addition, nearly all major gas transmission companies are either active or associate members, depending on whether or not they actually produce gas liquids. GPA has been in existence for 75 years and primarily serves members through: research, an annual Convention, Committee work, regional functions (meetings, schools, and local chapter activities), setting and maintaining industry standards and carefully monitoring and acting on legislative and regulatory issues that affect the industry.
